Anne had no previous business experience\u2026none at all.<\/i>\u00a0And, she only had a ninth grade education. Those two things didn\u2019t stop this very strong-willed young lady. She managed to open 8 stand-alone stores, and after only a year, she opened her first Auntie Anne\u2019s Soft Pretzels store\u00a0in a mall<\/i>. By 1989, Anne had opened her first\u00a0franchise<\/b><\/a> outlet. That’s incredible.<\/p>\n
