After a brief phone call, he hired me to help him come up with some franchise business ideas that made sense for his situation.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, everyone&#8217;s situation is different.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some people want to buy a franchise in order to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Escape the corporate rat race<\/li>\n<li>Gain more control of their life<\/li>\n<li>Experience more freedom<\/li>\n<li>Potentially build wealth<\/li>\n<li>Accomplish something<\/li>\n<li>Make an impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re looking for a franchise business opportunity, what&#8217;s <em>your<\/em>&nbsp; reason?<\/p>\n<p>Do you have a specific reason to <a title=\"buy a franchise\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thefranchiseking.com\/are-you-about-to-buy-franchise\"><strong>buy a franchise<\/strong><\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>I hope so.<\/p>\n<p>Greg had a specific reason for wanting to buy a franchise.<\/p>\n<p>He wanted to be in business with his son.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Here&#8217;s What This Window Genie Franchise Owner Didn&#8217;t Want<\/h2>\n<p>Greg wanted to buy a franchise-but he <em>didn&#8217;t want&nbsp;<\/em> &nbsp;a retail storefront.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s not a bad thing. There are plenty of <a title=\"retail franchise opportunities\" href=\"https:\/\/www.franchisedirect.com\/retailfranchises\/100\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>great retail franchises<\/strong><\/a> available these days. Retail franchises can make great family businesses. Just not for Greg and his son. Greg didn&#8217;t want a business with a lot of inventory and he really didn&#8217;t want to lease a commercial space&#8230;not a <em>retail&nbsp;<\/em> one, anyway.<\/p>\n<p>I suggested a service business. Not a specific one, mind you. Just <a title=\"franchise directory service franchises\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thefranchiseking.com\/get-6-different-franchises-for-the-price-of-1-franchise\"><strong>a franchise opportunity in the service sector<\/strong><\/a>. &nbsp;But, Greg had one in mind, already.<\/p>\n<p>Greg found it on one of my websites. He either found it <strong><a title=\"search for the best franchises\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thefranchiseking.com\/get-6-different-franchises-for-the-price-of-1-franchise\">here<\/a><\/strong>, or on the website you&#8217;re on now.<\/p>\n<p>He asked me what I knew about <a title=\"service franchises\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thefranchiseking.com\/get-6-different-franchises-for-the-price-of-1-franchise\"><strong>Window Genie<\/strong><\/a>, the franchise opportunity he was interested in.<\/p>\n<p>I told Greg that I had know Rik, the CEO of <strong>WG<\/strong>, for 10 years or so, and that I liked him and trusted him.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> If you&#8217;ve been following this blog-or have been following me on the social media networks I frequently frequent, you know how picky I am when it comes to making recommendations.
