1. Home<\/strong><\/p>\n

It costs a lot to run a franchise business that requires a physical location.<\/p>\n

Now, it doesn’t mean that you can’t make a lot of money as the owner of a retail franchise<\/strong><\/a> or a food franchise. Not at all. It just means that your expenses will be on the high side. It also means you’ll be required to sign a lease or purchase (rarely<\/em>) a building. But, you don’t have<\/em> to buy a franchise that requires a location.<\/p>\n

Elected officials can’t be expected to be versed in everything. Like franchising for instance.<\/p>\n

That’s why I wrote a letter to the Mayor of a large city in the Northwest. He wasn’t knowledgeable-and still isn’t today, on franchising. I just wanted to help. That’s why I wrote to him.<\/p>\n

Have you ever ended up making a decision about something pretty big that you wish you had made sooner? I have.<\/p>\n

2014 was not a good year for what I refer to as “The Rolls Royce Of Franchising<\/em>.” In reality, it was actually a Hyundai<\/strong><\/em> year for the fast food giant.<\/p>\n

If only the founder of McDonald’s, one of the most famous entrepreneurs ever, could see his empire now.<\/p>\n
