You shouldn&#8217;t, but you will.<\/p>\n<p>After all, you&#8217;ve essentially fired your boss.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ve made a conscious decision to take more control of your life. This is good stuff! That can be a very serious and debilitating disease. (<em>It&#8217;s also a pre-existing condition<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>To clarify, major depression, according to the National Institute Of Mental Health, &#8220;<em>Carries the heaviest burden of disability among mental and behavioral disorders. For some individuals, major depression can result in severe impairments that interfere with or limit one\u2019s ability to carry out major life activities. And it accounts for 3.7% of all U.S. disability-adjusted life years (DALYs); and, 8.3% of all U.S. years lived with disability (YLDs)<\/em>.&#8221;&nbsp;<strong><a title=\"depression statistics NIMH\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nimh.nih.gov\/health\/statistics\/prevalence\/major-depression-among-adults.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read more from the NIMH<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s continue. You&#8217;ll actually get a &#8220;<em>rush<\/em>&#8221; from it, thanks to <strong><a title=\"adrenal gland\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hopkinsmedicine.org\/healthlibrary\/conditions\/endocrinology\/adrenal_glands_85,p00399\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a certain gland<\/a><\/strong> all of us possess.<\/p>\n<p>Check out what&nbsp;<strong><a title=\"adrenalin rush\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fitday.com\/fitness-articles\/fitness\/body-building\/5-symptoms-of-an-adrenaline-rush.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fitday.com<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;says about an adrenaline rush.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>If you have ever played sports, you&#8217;re usually more likely to be super pumped up when the game or match first starts. This is because an adrenaline rush will give you a large amount of energy as the body releases glucose and sugar directly into your bloodstream<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>And what does this have to do with buying a franchise<\/em>?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Actually, a lot. That&#8217;s because the chase is really, really exciting.<\/p>\n<p>And when it&#8217;s over, and you end up buying a franchise business&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You&#8217;ll have no boss<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll be in more control of your life<\/li>\n<li>You will &#8220;<em>own<\/em>&#8221; something<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And a whole lot more. So enjoy the rush.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FYI:<\/strong> I know <em>a lot<\/em> about the chase-<em>and the rush<\/em>. In other words, they haven&#8217;t generally* been unpleasant. Especially since you knew that the end result-<strong>being your own boss<\/strong>, could potentially change your life for the better.<\/p>\n<p>*Admittedly, there are a few parts of the franchise purchasing process that may not be 100% fun and games. Some of today&#8217;s <strong><a title=\"process of buying a franchise\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thefranchiseking.com\/future-franchise-owners-feel-frustrated\">prospective franchise owners do feel frustrated<\/a><\/strong> at various times during the process. Franchising-and the people in my industry, aren&#8217;t perfect. And applying for a small business loan can try your patience a bit. So enjoy the rush. But make sure you don&#8217;t enjoy <em>the chase<\/em> too much. Because it&#8217;s when the chase ends&#8230;when you actually <b>buy<\/b> the franchise&#8230;<strong>that&#8217;s when you&#8217;ll start feeling depressed<\/strong>.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Why You&#8217;ll Feel Depressed<\/h2>\n<p>Feeling depressed, or &#8220;<em>down<\/em>&#8221; after 2-3 months of excitement (<em>looking for and researching franchises<\/em>) is completely normal. After all, you&#8217;ve been &#8220;<em>up<\/em>&#8221; pretty much the entire time. Your body-and your mind probably need a little break. But when will it happen? When (<em>specifically<\/em>) will you start feeling depressed?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right After You <a title=\"paying franchise fees\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thefranchiseking.com\/the-franchise-fee-dont-focus-on-it\">Mail Your Check<\/a> To Franchise Headquarters And Sign The Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Those two events are the trigger.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>A Free Bonus<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to feeling down, you&#8217;ll also receive a free bonus: <em>Fear<\/em>.
