And if you&#8217;d like to base your buying decision on those numbers, it&#8217;s up to you.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But if I was about to invest over $1 million in a big-name franchise opportunity, I&#8217;d want to visit and talk to actual McDonald&#8217;s franchise owners. Lots of them! Ask <em>them<\/em> how much they&#8217;re making. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefranchiseking.com\/definitive-guide-to-franchise-research\">I&#8217;d ask them every question provided here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>But, Joel. They&#8217;ve averages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the chances are slim that you&#8217;ll bring in the exact revenue and\/or  profits in your own McDonald&#8217;s franchise. Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because there are too many variables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, your geographical location. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then there&#8217;s your payroll costs and rent.
