100 New Franchise Agreements Inked For Ascent Hospitality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These franchising achievements include the signing over 100 <\/strong>new franchise agreements, showcasing incredible momentum and widespread interest in their brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

James O\u2019Reilly<\/a>, CEO of Ascent Hospitality Management, noted that the year was “packed with exciting initiatives<\/em>,” especially the driving interest in the Perkins Griddle & Go concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A major catalyst for this success is the launch of the Perkins Griddle & Go concept, a modern, convenience-focused twist on the beloved Perkins brand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This innovative format has already secured deals for 46 units and has completely sold out four New Jersey counties\u2014Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean County\u2014to new franchisees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a matter of fact, the first U.S. Griddle & Go is set to open in Fort Monmouth, a strategic location across from the new Netflix Studios campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ascent Hospitality Achievements: Increased its Footprint With U.S. Griddle & Go<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Beyond U.S. Griddle & Go, Perkins is rapidly expanding its footprint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ascent Development team sealed first-ever multi-unit agreements in California and Texas<\/a>, significantly broadening the brand\u2019s presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, Canada is seeing a resurgence, with a multi-unit agreement signed in Calgary, Alberta, marking the first Canadian expansion in many years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investments in the brand are evident through a state-of-the-art restaurant design unveiled in Orlando, featuring a revamped menu with exciting new beverage options like frozen drinks and signature cocktails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter Ortiz, Chief Development Officer, affirms that Perkins is “the hottest brand in restaurant franchising right now<\/em>,” with expectations to be sold out in the U.S. within the next three to five years due to strong multi-unit investor interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Huddle House Franchising Update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Huddle House is also making significant strides, signing more than 50 agreements in FY25, including deals with existing franchise partners<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One historic highlight was the largest deal in Huddle House history in Houston, TX, planning for 20 new locations in the coming years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brand is also expanding its presence across the Southeast, with multiple new agreements in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, new Huddle House locations have already opened in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas, demonstrating strong operational growth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ortiz notes that franchisees are actively reinvesting<\/a>, adding new locations to their portfolios, demonstrating confidence in the brand’s future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
