Lots of things are happening to celebrate Earth Day 2011<\/strong>, and the franchise community<\/strong> is shining it’s Green light<\/strong><\/span> all over the US in celebration of our beautiful planet.<\/p>\n

I’m even involved this year. Read<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Did you hear about Oxi-Fresh<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

This franchisor<\/a><\/strong> recently earned a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency\u2019s Design for the Environment certification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This is because Oxi Fresh:<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> Is all natural, non-toxic and safe for kids and pets\u2014products contain low VOC\u2019s (Volatile Organic Compounds<\/em>) Employs Water Conservation: Uses 5 percent of the water a steam cleaner uses, therefore carpet dries in one hour (Steam cleaners use approx 40 gallons\u2014Oxi Fresh uses approximately 2<\/em>). Molds and mildews have no environment in which to thrive.<\/p>\n

Although we all mean to recycle these items, they can often get thrown in the wrong bin in a frenzy of cleaning chaos. That\u2019s why making a fun group activity aimed at recycling, like a paper shredding party can prevent any possible paper mishaps.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
