If <em>this<\/em> story turns out to be true, I say sue them <em>and <\/em><strong>throw them out of the Dunkin&#8217; Donuts franchise system! <\/strong>This could be the next <strong>Dunkin&#8217; Donuts franchise for sale.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now, it&#8217;s not like<strong> Dunkin&#8217; Donuts<\/strong> hasn&#8217;t sued (<em>or allegedly spied on<\/em>) it&#8217;s<a title=\"dunkin' donuts franchisees \" href=\"\/donuts-continue-to-roll-at-dunkin-donuts-corporate-headquarters-so-do-heads\" target=\"_self\"><strong> franchise owners<\/strong><\/a>, before.<\/p>\n<p>However, the lawyers for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefranchiseking.com\/dunkin-deal-canada\">Dunkin&#8217;<\/a> Donuts may have an easy trial on their hands with this wacked-out case of paying for school.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #c00000;\">From The Boston Herald;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Dunkin\u2019s franchise arm claims that Houman and Heather Baiany, the owners of four Dunkin\u2019 locations in Boston and Somerville, submitted two checks totaling $7,498 for reimbursement from the company, claiming they were allowable charitable donations to the annual fund of the private, 37-acre boys\u2019 school.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This gets better.
