I have a reason for asking you if you’re using a business coach<\/strong>, and if so, is your coach a woman<\/em>?<\/p>\n

If your answer was yes, is she providing business leadership coaching<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

I was reading a press release from The Growth Coach<\/strong>, a Cincinnatti-based coaching franchise. Now, before I share what I read, it may help to understand where my head’s at concerning franchise offerings of the coaching kind.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Yes. I say what I mean. (Would you feel more comfortable if I sugar-coated my feelings?<\/em>)<\/p>\n

In the recent press release from The Growth Coach, titled, “The Number of Women Business Coaches is on the Rise<\/em>,” I was trying to use my own personal wayback machine<\/strong> to think of one instance in which I had ever heard of a woman investing $75,000 of her own money to become a franchisee of any coaching<\/strong><\/a> franchise. Maybe my machine needed some WD-40, or something, but I couldn’t think of one.<\/p>\n

(Well, there was that one Action Coach in Cleveland who owned the entire Northeast Ohio area as a Master Franchisee…but…well, she didn’t do so well.<\/em>)<\/p>\n

Anyway, the press release gives two<\/strong>……..yes, two<\/span><\/strong> names of franchisees with names that sound a lot like legitimate female names, but I can’t verify the information presented.<\/p>\n

Additionally, as a business owner, I am now in charge of my future, my work schedule and my income potential. It’s liberating.” <\/em><\/p>\n

Personally, I feel that women would make fantastic business coaches. That’s right; I have no doubt about it. If they’re qualified.<\/p>\n

By qualified, I not only mean do they possess the knowledge needed to advise small business management personnel and small business owners, but do they have that one special trait that’s needed most?<\/p>\n
