I’m not exactly sure why the production and sales of 6-inch and 12-inch submarine sandwiches is so interesting to prospective franchise owners<\/strong>. I mean, what is it about making hundreds of sandwiches, 7 days a week, 14 hours a day<\/strong>, that turns people on, and makes them want to go out and buy a fast food franchise <\/span>that specializes in subs<\/a>?<\/p>\n

Maybe it’s because Subway<\/strong> is one of the most popular franchises around. If Subway is # 1<\/strong><\/a>, would it be so bad to be #2<\/strong>, in the sub sandwich franchise hit parade? You<\/em> decide.<\/p>\n
